There are 1,200 islands in the marine nation, of which we so far have visited
only around 10.
No need of rush, we must tackle it as our life long project, uncovering
the secrets one by one.

Thus ended our 2nd visit to the Maldives. The discovery of affordable GT
FF option meant a lot to me, and I already know I must come back, rather
soon.

We spent a day in Male looking around the bustling ''city life'' - if there
was such a thing in Maldives.
The fish market was highlight of the city tour.
Perfect combination of action and relaxation is what Maldivian holidays
are all about.
We took a slow way back, to the capital city of Male to finish off our
trip.
Another thing that deserves a special remark was their shark watching excursion.
They are fed so what you see there is not entirely a natural scene, but
a thrilling sight nevertheless.
As for the meal, well, it left rooms for improvement both in variety and
in quality. Not bad, but compared to Jupiter Sunrise, the dining experience
was not up that level.
As for the house beach right in front, this probably is the best we had
so far. Not just sandy beach but many coral structures dotting around,
which millions of colorful fish called home.
On the house beach our little Misa had good fun fishing. Endless action
with little rock fish, up to a fairly big gar fish even.
Here we took lodging at Thundi Guesthouse.
They charge $170 per night for us the family.
Quite modern and well tended. Nothing short.
Probably the smallest inhabited island we had visited thus far, Fluidhoo
is a comfy little hideout even by the Maldivian standard.
We then took a speedboat and headed up back north, to the island of Fluidhoo
where we were to spend the latter part of our trip.
