God, how right I was. The streamer I cast to the floating bundle of bamboo
was hit by a raging torpedo of not a small size.
And sure enough, the captain yelled in an alarmed voice ''The big bastard's
on!!''.
4 hours' drive home to Hiroshima was also blessed with a fine weather.
A little too hot at 37c though!!

The specialty of Kohchi, bonito fillet, flash grilled in a flame of dried rice straw.
One of the most popular celebrity in Japan, a pro golfer was also one of
the happy clients of Yasumaru here.
It was a battle of sheer speed and power. The repeated display of acrobatic
jumps made a lasting impression on all of us aboard. The trophy male Mahi
of 120cm made my day.
On our way back to the port, we made yet a few more stops at the buoys.

After some hour's of happy nap, we went out to downtown Kohchi for the
reward we deserved.
The two flies that performed well. Both are about 15cm (6'') in length.
Unlike those fish in Okinawa keyed onto the dead small pilchard, these
wild hungry fish in Kohchi seem to react better to chunky big meals retrieved
fast.
